Rip out all existing sanitary ware and fixtures.

Prepare all surfaces

Fit service/isolation valves

Fit grey wet wall to all walls

Fit White PVC ceiling panels with chrome strips with IP65 LED down lights

Remove existing fan

Finish ceiling with matching white quadrant beading

Fit 100% waterproof click vinyl flooring (slate)

Install new 1100mm rectangular shower tray and waste

Fit new glass shower enclosure

Fit new black dump shower with rainfall head and flexi shower head 

Fit white unit with toilet bowl, cistern and soft closing seat 

Fit white vanity unit with bowl type basin and black mono tap

Fit 1200mm designer towel rail 

Fit LED vanity mirror

Remove all waste from site

Our quote is £3650 for full supply and fitting (inclusive).
